Regional Renewable Energy & Audit Assistance Program
This developing project will assist landowners and private sector partners in assessing the market for renewable energy feedstock production, processing and distribution within the Capital RC&D region as well as provide resources for assistance to farms needing energy conservation “audits.”
The RC&D Coordinator will also continue working with the BioFuels for Schools and Beyond Program as well as the statewide RC&D Energy Workgroup. Program activities have been ongoing for two years, and the development of the project presented here is a direct result of the research and partnerships developed through the above programs.
