Directions 

From I-81 North or South
Take High Street (Exit 49, SR 641) to Spring Garden Street, turn right (at Taco Bell); turn right at the stop sign at East Louther Street.  401 E. Louther encompasses the entire block, so please either park on the street or in the parking lot located on the east side of the facility.  The offices are accessible through the main door (on Louther).  A handicap accessible entrance is available at the rear of the building.
From I-76 PA Turnpike
Carlisle Exit (Exit 226) to US-11 South; follow Rte. 11 to East Louther St. (3 miles); turn left on East Louther and proceed to 401 E. Louther, which emcompasses the entire block.

To find the office...  From the main entrance (Louther St. door 4), walk inside and turn right, proceeding through a doorway to section "E".  The offices are located on the opposite side of the waiting area. A handicap accessible entrance is available at the rear of the building.
