​Familiarize yourself with the symptoms of Lyme disease and talk with your doctor if you experience symptoms. Visit https://www.cdc.gov/lyme/ or view the Lyme Disease: What You Need to Know brochure. An additional resource from the Lyme Disease Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania is their Lyme Disease Prevention Tips publication. 

Cabin Fever Reliever Activity & Photo Challenge


The Cabin Fever Reliever activity and photo challenge is open to all employees of Capital RC&D. It begins March 1 and goes through March 30, 2018. Details, rules, and a printable activity tracker are available here. 
If you are submitting a photo that includes identifiable individuals or property, please submit a photo release by April 2, 2018. Download a photo release form here.
