In partnership with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Capital RC&D is hosting a series of three études to help graziers learn about and practice skills that will help their enterprise succeed. These events will be limited to 20 participants and led by conservation professionals.

Capital RC&D Pasture Management Étude #1: Pasture Walk & Hands-on Soil Exploration

Capital RC&D's fall 2026 pasture walk features a hand-on exploration of soil health components. Each participant will work with experienced conservation professionals to learn about techniques and assessments that can be used by all graziers to better understand their soil and its capacity to nourish livestock.
There is NO COST to participate but registration will be capped at 20 participants.
